Hotel Mono

Stayed at Hotel Mono during F1 Grand Prix weekend. Location was perfect - easy access anywhere we needed - even walked back to the hotel a few times ( but not in the heat of the day). Hotel and neighbourhood felt safe. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops close by. Rooms not the biggest. But everything was clean and handy. Check in was terrific. But sometimes the front of house staff did seem a little less interested. Would certainly stay again - and recommend it.

My mom and I recently took a 2-night staycation at Mono Hotel. 15B mosque street is a very special place for us as my mom was married into that home 60 years ago and it was where I was born. Adam and Connie were extremely helpful in arranging the exact room where my mom had stayed. It was a very sentimental weekend for mother and daughter reminiscing the older days … same windows, different times … Connie made it more memorable by presenting us with personal gifts on our check out. Thank you so much Connie!

Poor service. First I book the room for two person but I wrongly book . I make a phone call to the property they say I have to coordinate with Agoda since I book from there .that is ok for now but the Agoda say they are not allowed to change the room type now they kick the responsibility to each another so how as a consumer also need to accept the truth when the property and the online platform not willing to help

Very bad experience. Don’t stay here. Better stay everywhere else but here. They said that they have 24 hour check-in, but when we arrived, there’s nobody there and we need to wait a long time. The receptionist also very unfriendly. I was wondering is she the owner of the hotel? I had been in many hotel, this is my first time to ever met a receptionist so cold. Nothing worked here. ALSO, she took my debit card and hide it behind a table. Is she doing a scam?! Is she taking my card information?! I couldn’t see! I had to deactivate my debit card right away, it was so scary.
